Our indoor interpretation panels and signs exceed the US National Parks Service standards. They are made from a unique solid composite high pressure laminate (HPL) which is fire retardant, extremely impervious to moisture and resistant to UV rays, scratching, cracking, delamination, impact and graffiti....and they are environmentally friendly!
HDC Fossil interior interpretation signs and interpretation panels are protected with an impervious UV inhibitor and the graphics are printed using our unique 12-color, high definition printing technology which gives unbeatable results!
Our interior interpretation signs and indoor interpretation panels are available in thickness from 1/16” to 1”. Our interpretation panels and signs over 1/2” / 25mm are self-supporting and can be fitted with threaded inserts.

HDC Fossil interior interpretation panels and interpretation signs are made from a high pressure laminate (HPL). Interior grades panels are manufactured with a smooth sub-surface image on one side and a sanded surface on the other side to allow proper bonding to the supporting substrate.
Bonding our interior interpretation panels & interpretation signs to substrate materials should be done according to the proven principles of veneering.
Plywood,Particleboard and MDF are among the many suitable substrates on which our HDC Fossil interior interpretation signs and indoor interpretation panels can be bonded.
